We carry many homes as active “for sale” inventory which can be purchased and moved in to within 30 days or we have several homes under construction which can be personalized prior to finish and moved in to within 60-120 days.

Can you help me purchase or sell a property?
Yes absolutely. We are not only fully licensed home builders in Wisconsin and Minnesota but are also licensed real estate agents. We can help facilitate the purchase of land, the selling of your existing home, or we can work with an outside agent if you already have a relationship in place. The goal is to make the process easy for you!
What is the average process timeline with Creative Homes?
We can move as fast or slow as required. Generally it takes 30-60 days to close on one of our Quick Move In Homes, 60-120 days to personalize an inventory home currently under construction, and roughly 6-8 months to build a fully custom home on an owner provided lot.
Do I have to build one of your plans or can we create a fully custom plan?
We can do both! We have over 30+ award winning plans to pick from or else we can fully personalize a plan specific to your individual needs.
